Greeting from Michiru Yamane
First of all, I would like to thank you for
all the fans in game lovers,
and the visitors of my website.
After many years working at game publishing company,
I made my decision to become an independent music composer
to work on broader range of music.
I opened this website to catch up with many of
you who supported me when I was at Konami,
and hoping that more people would listen to my music.
When I just joined Konami,
video games had very limited audience.
I had no idea many people worldwide would
love it so much like today,
and I feel some nostalgia looking back the days
I spent with game music.
On going forward,
I hope to bring you a joy with my music
just like I did with games.

Fell down the stairs, crawled out of the house to the hospital next day and found out my lower back is broken...Ouch!
Happy new years! Took a short trip to my friend's new house with Gabo-san ( younger sister) and chiruru (my cat), enjoyed tasty Osechi (traditional Japanese New Year's cuisine) and sake. Made my new year's resolution as “Start working on music seriously from this year!”.
Visited oyster bar in Shinjuku after Hiromi Uehara's live. Enjoyed spending the night at the year-end with her beautiful notes that reflects her pure mind, Chablis with tasty oyster.
Watched Takeshi Kitano's “Archiles and Turtle” after Lindsay Kemp's “Matinee”, enjoyed tapas at the bar, and somehow I got rash all over my body the next day…it was alright after a while, but got really bad cold, had to stay home for cure.
Left Konami, and entered into recharging period…or honeymoon days with my cat Chiruru!
